While flipping through a book about my relative Jopie Huisman I saw his paintings of shoes once again and thought it would be a great idea to paint a shoe myself. Although the paintings by Jopie don't have any people in it, they still tell the story of their owners. Of course my shoe is brand new, as a matter of fact it's still is waiting for a owner. So while Jopie's paintings are about the past, mine is about the future. And it looks crispy clear!
