This painting depicts a man enjoying a painting of a monkey by Banksy. The monkey has been slightly modified from the original and is now holding a mobile phone.
It is called the fourth monkey: he hears no one, sees no one, and speaks to no one. Of course, you may laugh at it now, but someday they will be in charge.
